The University has a vision as a driving force in the advancement of science, the establishment and growth of innovative and superior business through education, research and training in the field of business sciences, social and applied STEM for the progress and prosperity of the Indonesian nation.

Mission

The University has the following mission:

1. Conducting business, social and applied STEM education with high-quality, student-centered learning process to develop business and professional leaders in their fields of excellence, dignity, ethics and respect for plurality and contribute greatly to the development of the nation and state of Indonesia.
2. Conducting quality research in the fields of business sciences, social and applied STEM and innovation to establish healthy business ecosystems, and contribute to the advancement of science.
3. Carrying out community service through the use of expertise in business, social and applied STEM for the progress of the nation and state of Indonesia.
4. Innovate in the fields of business sciences, social and applied STEM for the initiation of business ventures by utilizing local wisdom.
